What I Do

I am a professional with significant startup and corporate, product management & corporate development experience in Silicon Valley and Europe, former founder and CEO of two startups (gambling software, 3D animation studio), investment manager in an incubator and a VC fund, and government advisor on technology & industrial policy. These days I am working for Citi Innovation Labs & D10X experimenting with new product ideas. My strengths are conceptual thinking, analysis and synthesis, idea generation, stake holder management and execution. I am very comfortable with chaos and often asked to put an order to it, very hands-on, loving the action and great teams!

Astronomyths Digital Planetarium Film

This is a 3D animation film blending modern astronomy with ancient Greek mythology. The show travels the audience through a series of constellations as seen from earth and the respective mythological stories after which they were named. I produced this film with the herculean effort of a small dream team back in 2006. The film is currently playing in 14 countries and 12 languages, and continues to receive excellent audience feedback.

The Book Discovering & Treating the Facet Syndrome

This is my father’s book, presenting an innovative approach to treating chronic symptoms across 12 medical specialties, by treating them as facet syndromes. Unfortunately, it will probably take over 10 years before the medical body is ready to adopt it. It is one of those cases were a high level of practitioner expertise is not scalable in today’s status quo and will be waiting for a technological disruption that will shift current mindsets and move medical knowledge forward. Until then, many will continue to suffer and all of us will continue to pay for unnecessarily exuberant healthcare costs. I had the honor of being the publisher. We have just published the second edition of the book (Oct 2018) on Amazon and are working to make it available on other platforms too.
